Admission
At Mont21hub, we aim to provide competitive fees as we believe as many children as possible should have the opportunity of benefiting from an alternative type of learning that corresponds with tomorrow's world.​​​
Fees For Academic Year 2025

The Hub £3,300 Termly £825 Monthly

Online School £2,220 Termly £555 Monthly
​
Homeschooling support £288 Monthly
​​The above fees are inclusive of VAT.
​
There is a registration fee of £120 (inc. VAT) (non-returnable) and a deposit (deducted from the final invoice, subject to one term's notice) equating to one month's fee of the chosen learning route.
​
There is a 5% sibling (one or more) and a 10% annual payment in advance discount available.
​
Termly fees are payable no later than the first day of term or by 12 monthly equal instalments by direct debit.
​
​Additional charges apply for uniform, extra-curricular activities and trips.​
​
Light breakfast, snacks and drinks (hot and cold) taken in the Hub are included in the fees.
​
There is an annual review of fees in April.

Admissions

We aim to keep the admission process as simple as possible.
​
1. Initial Enquiry

2. Pre-Admission Form
We will send you an email to see how we can help and provide a link for some additional information.
​
3. Telephone call
Once we have received the above, we will call you for an informal chat and to arrange a 'Family Fit' meeting.
​
This is a video call between us, you and the children to ensure that you understand our programme, that we can provide the required support, meet your expectations and that we are the right fit for your family.
​
4. Language Assessment
If during the meeting, we feel there could be language barriers to learning, e.g English as an Additional Language, we will arrange an online assessment. Our minimum requirement is level B1.

5. Registration
Following a successful family fit meeting, we will email you a link for the 'Application for Admission for Enrolment' form for your completion and return.
​
6. Taster Day
​
We will arrange a taster day to ensure that your child will happily integrate into the community.
​
7. Offer and Acceptance
On receipt of the 'Admission for Enrolment' form, the last school report (if applicable) together with some other administrative documents and provided no problems have arisen during the taster day, we will provide a formal offer. Upon your acceptance and payment of the non-returnable registration fee, a place will be secured.

8. Deposit
Prior to commencement, payment of the returnable deposit (subject to one terms notice of leaving) will be required.
​
9. Onboarding
No later than 5 working days from clearance of payment, we will arrange an online tutorial for the learning platform, Google Classroom and other applications, together with details of the learning schedule, log-ins and attendance record.
​
10. Welcome Meeting
Online meeting will be arranged between your child, their designated mentor, you and the Head of Community before the start of their learning journey.
